Products, prices and orders

We work to present product descriptions, images, options and CAD prices accurately, but displays and supplied details can contain reasonable differences or errors. An order is a request to purchase and is accepted only after the store confirms it can be fulfilled. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout where required.

Payment and delivery

Payment must be authorized before processing. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and delivery information. Handling and carrier estimates are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and consumer rights

Eligible new and unused products, as well as damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed items, may be requested for return or exchange under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
