Refund Policy

Thirty-day request window

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We accept qualifying returns for new products that are unused and in original condition, including a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products may also be reviewed.

Start with approval

Email safepipici754@gmail.com before sending anything. Provide the order number, checkout email, reason for the request and, for a product issue, clear photographs or video. After approval, we will confirm the correct return address and mailing instructions. The General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Mail returns, labels and exchanges

Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for an eligible approved return; if it is missing or lost, contact us for help. Approval is still required before mailing. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted when the request qualifies and replacement inventory is available.

Refund timing

After the return is approved and reviewed, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
