Currency and authorization

Prices for this Canadian store are shown in CAD. Orders enter preparation after the checkout payment is successfully authorized. A bank may decline a transaction or place a temporary authorization hold while it verifies billing details.

Card information and security

Supported credit and debit cards displayed in the storefront are processed through the checkout provider. Card details should be entered only in checkout; our support team does not ask customers to email a full card number, security code or password.

Payment problems

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting time after that step is controlled by the bank or card issuer.
