Order preparation

After payment authorization, Skullcandy orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. This handling period is separate from carrier transit time.

Canadian delivery

Available Canadian destinations and any delivery charge are shown during checkout. Once a parcel ships, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Addresses and tracking

Please check the unit number, street, city, province and postal code before submitting an order. When tracking is issued, use the carrier updates as the latest movement record.

Delays, damage and missing parcels

If tracking stalls, a parcel appears delivered but cannot be found, or the package arrives damaged, email safepipici754@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking number; photographs are helpful for visible shipping damage.

Carrier investigations can take additional time. We will review the available shipment information and explain the next practical step.
